She came by the home for a quick consultation, made a few recommendations for décor and furniture placement edits, and gave lots of love to our pups. She also worked with the seller to help get a few extra things added on all for the price we wanted to pay. At this point, she had us under contract to sell our home, under contract to buy our new home, and had coordinated this all to happen within 2 days of the sale and purchase.
